After graduating from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis) and becoming a member of the Peace Corps in India, I returned to the U.S.A. and started my career in Real Estate and have been a professional agent and broker ever since.
I was the Sales Manager for one of the largest home builders in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. After several years I started my own Real Estate Company: Marketing new homes and listing and selling resale homes became my specialty. My success gave me and my family the ability to move to the sunshine and warmth of Arizona. We found that we liked it here in the Phoenix Area and stayed.
My Real Estate Career in Arizona has taken me to all regions of our market. Home sales, land sales (near the Grand Canyon and South Eastern Arizona) property listing, property valuations, and new home sales have rounded out my knowledge well.
Success has followed me because of my dedication to Customer Service and constant learning opportunities. I have graduated from the National Association of Realtors GRI Program (Graduate Realtor Institute) and have been certified as a REOS (Bank Foreclosure Specialist). Also, I have taken the needed courses and passed the examination for apprenticeship as an Arizona Appraiser. I have also received an award from the Builders Association for selling over $100,000,000 in new home sales. I have had a great deal of sales training and did receive the Top Gun Award from a major training center in Phoenix.
